First, write down the names of 12 characters. Then read and answer the questions. You can't read the questions (or click on the cut) until you've chosen the 12

A variant means a different version of the same thing. For example, let's call the meme with the questions we've already answered Meme version v 1. Now, if I write up 10 new questions and you did the same, we'd have created meme version 1.1 and 1.2 and maybe those will circulate as memes do. They will be the same meme, same rules, just different questions for people to answer.
