You realize, of course, when this is all over, we shall all descend on Dave's land like locusts, except unlike locusts, instead of stripping everything bare, we shall arrive with candy and cookies and cakes and sodas and delicious casseroles and have a wild and unholy rumpus and Dave will faint from shock, right?

You sure there's not some legal limit on land? If not, Dave's probably in for a year-long party as people drop in, maybe even longer.

Hee, there's probably some upper limit. But you bunch of conservationist awesome people wouldn't really descend in such numbers as to fill 7 acres, would you? Because that would probably erode the rest of the gravel on the access road. :D
