Just think heavily scarred, heavily tattooed, Viking meets Samurai, drinking beer from an enemies skull, land-pirates. The only challenge would be reigning it in under what's plausible.

Think of it like a drinking game...for every Joker you spot on Halloween take a shot. You'll be smashed within the first five minutes.
