This is as much a "twist" ending as Sixth Sense, as in

A) only if you ain't been paying attention
B) not what the thing is in any way about anyway

You asked elsewhere if this narrator was dead. No way.

The narrator is a stuffed animal.

You know, I'm always fascinated by how others interpret my words once I put them out there. As much from the reply stating that this piece didn't seem "finished" as yours pointing to the narrator being a stuffed doll ( ... )
