I haven't had the time or the spoons to post much lately. I'm reading slowly and I went on a science fiction tear to start the year. I'm enjoying Tanya Huff's Torin Kerr series and C. J. Cherryh's Alliance-Union series. Sorry to all the Darkover fans, but I gave up on that series because, for the most part, MZB and I just do not get along. I liked ( Read more... )

I love Huff's Torin Kerr books. Well, I love almost everything she's ever written (though I am not as fond of the Four Quarters books as I am of all her other work, and I'm not sure why), but I do really like the Torin Kerr books.

Lucky you, having a copy of Resurrection Code. I haven't been able to find it in stores or on-line here, and I've had to special-order it from the local SFF bookstore. Waiting very impatiently.

We have also been rewatching Babylon 5 - just started season 3 tonight. There are several heart-breaking storylines, at least for me. Pretty much everyone gets their share of grief and pain. Which one is hardest for you?
