I lean more Republican than Democrat, although the parties don't really mean that much to me. Having said that, what is UP with these Republican horndogs? What I want to know is - what level of extramarital hanky panky is enough to make you persona non grata to the GOP? I mean, Elliot Spitzer felt compelled to resign, but David Vitter still has a job. Bill Clinton was impeached for his blowjob, but Newt Gingrich still shows up as a leading Republican light. Larry Craig and John Ensign still have their jobs. What does it take?

Maybe it explains why women (and some men) are attracted to these people, but it doesn't explain why they have the affair. Just because somebody thinks you're neato doesn't mean you have to sleep with them.
