Hey all, I just posted my apartment a week or two back, but I painted my kitchen nook the other day!

What a fun, quirky kitchen. I like the color. I would add some colorful pottery to the shelves where you have the plant and books... A collection of mismatched blue & white bowls would look amazing on the shelves... !

Oh it looks so great! Somehow, the black makes the space look bigger. I think it also makes it more of a feature, like "this is my small kitchen and it is glorious and unique" as opposed to "oh, they just stuck a kitchen in that little spot, hmm." It seems more purposeful. I also love the pop of blue, especially with the black walls!
