It looks great, but I would have changed out the wood doors to a regular white panel door. I think the different woods clash. The doors look old while the cabinets look new and modern.
Thanks! I understand what you're saying and it was definitely a concern. My husband also thought the same thing. We talked about getting new doors--and maybe we will eventually, but at the time we're like, ugh, we can't handle picking out and buying one more thing, we'll just leave them as they are. Also, one thing that concerned us about changing the doors was that they, then, would not match any of the other doors in the house--all the rest of them are the same style, color and age. Although I suppose we could paint the inside of the doors white so they'd be white when seen from inside the bathroom, but brown when seen from inside the bedroom or my office....hmmm...
my kingdom for that bathtub!!! i am trying to convince my husband to do the same to our bathroom, but i know we'd have to do 90% of the work ourselves and only bring in a plumber for the tub. so it would be a lot of big box stores. i only hope ours comes out even half as gorgeous as yours!
