The fact that your books are sorted by color and size is very visually appealing, but my brain would be screaming at me constantly...I have to have mine sorted alphabetically by author, and by publication date if I have several books by the same author.

they were sorted by "small paperback", "large paperback" and "hardback" on my old bookshelf so this is much more appealing for me.

it's funny how we all have our quirks about how books are sorted.
