Our Bathroom.

My boyfriend and I bought our house almost 2 years ago and we finally finished our bathroom this weekend. Our house was built in 1907 and was (still kind of is) a total fixer upper. Lucky for us my boyfriend works full time as a licensed contractor, so he's been doing all of the renovations himself after work and on the weekends.

Getting rid of all that built-in looking stuff and replacing it with a pedestal sink and a clawfoot tub really opened up the room! I have a cramped bathroom and I am inspired to look for a clawfoot tub now! It just feels cleaner, too, you know that there is nowhere for mold and grime to hide.

thank you! the window over looks our yard and detached garage, which is not very saucy. we're in the process of building a fence and landscaping our backyard. i'll make a post once it's finished. :)

The galvanized pipe for the shower curtain frame is fabulous. I will need to show this to my girlfriend. She has a thing for galvanized pipe - we already have assorted furniture (bed, bookshelf, shelving unit for the tools outside) made of the stuff.
