Oh love this edition... but it's just a tad early here with most plants still in buds. So from last year... :)

Some folks that you'll meet in a few weeks almost signed me up as a GLF rescue home about 6 years ago.

oo! I remember finding a whole set of your (different) outdoor areas. You always seem to make it look so welcoming and warm. Lovely spot for a Sunday morning breakfast!

In suggestion to today's sauce, can I request photos of anyone living in apartments with patio/balconies? My husband are moving (in 9 days!!!) to a brand new apartment in Omaha, NE (whoopiee!) and we will only have a small balcony. We will live on the 3rd floor, but our balcony measures about 8' x 4'.

Help?

Our out door patio space. We've since changed the lights up above to rope lights, and I've created a chandelier of sorts out of balls of Christmas lights.

Also not seen is the herb garden in various pots, and the meyer lemon tree to the left of this photo.

I LOVE your garden. The black pots are especially beautiful.

Those planters were exquisite. They're zinc and light as anything, plus didn't rust. Here is a link: http://www.urbanpot.ca/zinc/zinc_prod_1.html

Unfortunately, they got totally destroyed when I moved across the country a couple years ago. They were so expensive!! Ikea has something similar this year http://www.ikea.com/ca/en/catalog/products/10151526 They're not as nice, but they are waaaaaaay cheaper.

oh wow, I really love this. My apartment balcony is about the same size as yours but you've made much better use of the space! I'm going to save these pics as ~inspiration~ for when I have some time/money to get some planters.
