Think pink

Long time lurker, first time poster :)

This is my apartment, a small duplex located at the second floor of a building in Barcelona, Spain. Today, I'm sharing pics of the whole first floor as I'm still working on the second one (when that one is done, I'll share it too :)

OH, THAT WALL AND THE STAIRS! So beautiful! And I love the shade of pink in the bedroom

Great place! I look forward to seeing the rest when it's ready.

Thanks, I was really hesitant on using pink (I had always lived surrounded with neutral colors), but I'm pretty satisfied on how it turned out :)

Colour works if you use it right, and you definitely did in this space. I love the architecture of your home, the staircase and the curved wall is incredible.

That couch is just what i've been searching for! It's the perfect neutral for the space you've chosen. I think you've got a lovely balance between having "stuff" but never looking cluttered.

I found that couch in a really small furniture store in Barcelona, they were getting rid of some of the furniture they had been having on the store, so they also made me a really good price because it had been on the store for several months. I was glad I found it, because I had been looking for that color for a while.

I always find that turning a place 'warm' is one of the most complicated steps in the whole process of decorating a home, so I'm glad you think it is :) Thanks for the comment :)
