is the "breakfast room" sort of a modified screened-in porch? it's lovely.

it was, according to the home inspector, an open porch in the 1920's when the house was built. it was probably enclosed in the 1950's at some point.

Wow, I really love what you've got going on, especially that little nook!
The light in the breakfast room is really lovely, must make for a nice start to every day.
