Are these not the most fun things ever? No plots, instant gratification. Why have we ever tried to write longer stuff?

Someone agreed to write this college TA Pawnee thing, right?

I'm not real sure if anyone agreed to write it, or if we were just arguing about the logistics of the AU.

I will do it for one of my 100 pixel illustrations.

What about TA/student? If it's an AU, maybe you could play with the ages to make that work.

I would actually think Ben either transferred in after an unbearable year at UM, or he took a year off since he was supposed to be mayor for a while, so he gets there during sophomore year and Leslie is the RA/orientation leader.

My experience with large research-based institutions suggests that any school the size of IU, all the TAs are grad students, not undergrads. Or if they're undergrads, they would be seniors only.

Right, that's why I said play with the ages to make it work. Whoever the TA was would have to be older.

Also, saucydiva is the one with the subplots problem. I'm the one with the let's-put-in-every-possible-reference-to-canon and there's-no-such-thing-as-too-many-details problems.

Whaaaaaat no no no I don't have a problem I can quit whenever I want to.

Also, I've written lots of things without subplots, like

like

like

Oh! That story I wrote above, about Sue's Salads, that one only had one plot.

Sorry, no, that had the Tanya vs Leslie plot, and a Chris x salad sub-plot, and a Chris x Pawnee sub-plot, and a Chris x Leslie sub-plot...

princess_george" the point was to convince people I don't do too many subplots. Just promise you won't count any subplots in my fics, ok?

And it would be delightful and we would all laugh and cry and wait with bated breath for every chapter.

This is true as well.

I think it's an excellent prompt and I'm going to start writing it.
