Stolen from a_big_apple because I'm procrastinating and not working on my presentation.

I'm from Northern Central Massachusetts...but now that I live in Philadelphia it's pretty apparent that I have a slight Boston accent...and my friends burst out laughing a few weeks ago because I said "wicked" without even realizing it...Whoops!

What American accent do you have?
Your Result: The Midland

"You have a Midland accent" is just another way of saying "you don't have an accent." You probably are from the Midland (Pennsylvania, southern Ohio, southern Indiana, southern Illinois, and Missouri) but then for all we know you could be from Florida or Charleston or one of those big southern cities like Atlanta or Dallas. You have a good voice for TV and radio.

Boston

seriously? we probably answered one question differently...

YOU THINK BAG SOUNDS LIKE VAGUE DON'T YOU!

I'm kidding...I would have thought mine would have been what you got but the more I hang out with Carissa and Leo the more Boston-like my accent has become?

WHO THE HELL THINKS THOSE SOUND ALIKE?

I've been in NY too long. Actually, it's probably that I've been in sales too long: I've got perpetual "phone voice," if that makes any sense. Future career in voice acting? XD

I say wicked too! It's the only leftover of my Boston time. But I say it in my accent. XD

Haha YES! I didn't even know it came out of my mouth and my friends (one from Jersey and the other from Texas) both just started laughing and I had no idea whyyy :( But I still giggle when my Texan-friend says "y'all" so it evens out?
