One elector voted against Monroe, so that Washington would be the only unanimously elected president.

He voted for JQ Adams, who was the next president.

Of course, heavy wins can come about with small favourites, as the nature of the electoral college system in the US means a 51-49 winner in a big state wins all the electoral votes... kinda of useful in some of the big states.

(by the way, check out 1960: The Making of a President, a board game where you can run the 1960 election, complete with key states, issues and the pancake makeup incident).

Since 2000, and before 2000, I knew about the delegates representing the popular vote in the state. I never paid too much attention to what the popular vote was - it didn't do anything but swing the delegates one way or another. I wasn't confused when GWB won in 2000.

I think I'm one of the very few that couldn't get into GTA 4. Being a huge fan since GTA 3, I thought I'd be a bigger fan. I played it off and on for a week, and kind of shrugged it off. I think it was the driving mechanics that were a turn-off. I had the PS3 version.

Fallout 3, on the other hand, has really wowed me. So much fun.

And I'll get back to you on Zack and Miri Get Banned from Utah after I see it.

Everyone tells me that, the driving.

I got used to it after a couple days.

Considering I actually went around and shot 200 diseased pigeons (100 percent requirement), I guess I just have attention to detail.

The physics seem to magically get better as you progress in your driving, which also seemed to be the case in previous games, the ones that didn't announce that 'skill' (GTASA).

GTASA remains my favorite. It's like being 14 again, and those radio stations are almost spitting images of what radio was in 1991-1992. Especially Radio X. I always lol'd when she'd go off on some ridiculous bender of a comment, even if I heard it several times and beat the game 2x already.

Zack and Miri had nudity, including Mewes. Extended nudity. It was a surprise, since the FCC tends to go really 'hard' on cocks. I guess they don't hate Kevin Smith?

Utah is Utah. There's a place for crazies. The Mormons aren't too bad outside of their underwear and their insistence on the squeakiest clean Disney world.
