Dear friends,
Please take a look at this stuff before I crosspost this to a bunch of places. If you see anything you like, you should get first dibs! Especially on that Pin Popolo, which I bought three copies of in case anyone on my flist had a hard time getting their hands on it...except I never said anything about it and it's been months since it ( Read more... )

I'm interested in the NEWS L.A. calendar but first, i'd have to know how you would be shipping it... I actually have the calendar but the girl only stuck it in a buble wrapped envelope and the box was completely ruined! D: doesn't help that my luck with the USPS is really bad.

so yeah... dw9lives@live.com :D

Thanks so much for your interest! I actually got a message before your comment from someone about this calendar, so I'm waiting to hear back from them about it. I'll let you know if she goes through with the transaction or not. I really appreciate your comment, though; I thought I could just stick it in a bubble envelope and be done with it, but because you shared your experience, I already bought a box for it. Unfortunately, when I went to the post office, I also found out that I had horribly underestimated the shipping cost, so if that girl doesn't buy it, your price would actually be closer to $30-35 for the whole thing. On the plus side, it should come in pretty good condition, but I know it's a lot more expensive, so let me know if that won't work for you. :)

I'm fine paying $35! your $20 was pretty low, i was surprised! if i can get the calendar undamaged, i'd be very happy so I really hope that girl backs out of the sale. :P

Also, could I get that TegoMasu cd from you? I try not to buy old cds anymore b/c i'm paranoid about the mail damaging them but the opportunity to buy it for that price is rare! but let's wait until after that girl decides on the calendar. could they be shipped together?

I just messaged that girl and told her I'll wait three more days for her response, since she hasn't let me know yet. I would be happy to sell you both the calendar and the CD. I bought that TegoMasu single purely on impulse when I saw it at the store, haha. It's just a regular edition so you can still buy it from CDJapan or something, so I have to lessen the price to lure buyers, you know? I'm glad i can hook people up, though :) And I would definitely ship them together; there's room in that box for the calendar, CD, and bubble wrap.
