I had computer grief after getting back from Greece, with the motherboard having to be replaced twice in the space of 10 days, and am still trying to get back on course with work and related admin, so I'm afraid I'm not reading anything, including LJ friends' pages at the moment

The practice worked. I felt confident doing back and back of legs on Thursday without having to consult my notes much and only minor corrections from the tutors. Then we ran out of time so I didn't have to do the head!
