R arm up, L horizontal, 4x drops L hip
L arm up, R horizontal, 4x drops R hip
Repeat
Rotate anticlockwise 4x to face front again:
Leading with R foot
Arms to R, forward step and R hip out,
Arms to L, backward step and R hip out
