Oh man. It sure is nice to have a working laptop again. First the ram went out. Then the hard drive thought it was overheating (which it wasn't. it was actually cold). So I bought a new hard drive and reinstalled windows on it. And now I have my laptop back again! It just wasn't easy to do much on the netbook when I didn't feel like using the

I heard Cigna's pretty good. I was surprised to get the insurance without 9000 appeals! I got it first try.
