I help them haul their equipment to the car (even though Bill doesn't like me to, despite the fact that I'm probably stronger than he is but whatever), go to all their shows, and do general roadie type shit. i'm thinking more about NY, are there alot of healthcare jobs needed there? i dont wanna move to a place where the healthcare market is flooded... but NY is so big, i doubt it would be. there are so many xray tech schools in and around tally that the market here is completely flooded.

The health care industry is probably one of the few industries that isn't suffering in New York right now. I think you should go ahead and make the move! I'm moving out of my place in late December because I'm going to London and its real cheap- 550 including everything (utilities, internet, etc) so if you want to move to an awesome neighborhood in Bushwick with TONS (and I mean tons) of beautiful people everywhere, let me know!
