1) Crop your base. I erased the background of my base and then created Color fill layer below the base layer with color #cdb34a. Then i created one more layer and made a point on it with round brush with soft edges size=100 color=#ffffff

2) Curves

RGB
Point one: input 34, output 51
Point two: input 160, output 178

Chage opacity if it's necessery. My base is too dark so i duplicated Curves layer.

3) Brightess/Contrast

Brightness: 3
Contrast: -9

4) Selective Color:
Reds: -36/21/100/9
Yellows: 0/0/100/-12
Blues: 100/100/-100/54
Whites: 21/-14/-72/-21
Neutrals: -5/-13/9/5

5) Color Filled layer

#1a0301, Exclusion 100%

6) Hue/Saturation

Master: +21
Reds: +21
Yellows: +9
Green: +12
Cyans: +12

7) Curves

RGB
Point one: input 15, output 10
Point two: input 36, output 38

Red
Point one: input 42, output 29
Point two: input 97, output 104

Green
Point one: input 27, output 25

Blue
Point one: input 36, output 23
Point two: input 104, output 90
Point three: input 148, output 172

8) Color Filled layer

#160300, Exclusion 100%

9) Brightness/Contrast

Brightness: -30
Contrast: 18
