Okay, I read this just before leaving work - yes - shhh - and I fucking CRIED ALL THE WAY HOME!!! The way you write these two - especially Godric - is just perfect! I do not have enough words for how much I love your characterisations. They are so tender, but hard, and although they now inhabit the modern age, they've lost none of their ancient personas, merely adapted them to fit into their current lives. I love how their old selves shine through the new. I love how they (mostly, but not always) second-guess the other, whilst still keeping the relationship...comfortably fresh - does that make sense?

And the kissing! UNF!

There is quite a bit of kissing, isn't there? I was worried there was too much.

This chapter was written WAY before most of the flashbacks,so it is really great to hear they work together.

Lol - no need to apologise for 'late' comments, I'm always happy to know that someone is reading. Besides, I'm taking my time between chapters - fighting writer's block on the next chapter. Very annoying.

As for seeing the 'other' times.... maybe.... ^_^
