I think you'd actually like season five. The first two sets of seasons are like ~HURR DURR SEX AND DRUGS AND PARTIES~ (but still fun) but season five is very much a coming-of-age story for the characters and they seem a lot more... real than the earlier characters were. (Except Sid because we all know a Sid.)
