The Dubliners is the only other one I can pick out from my head, but I've never read it :P. I have read BITS of Ulysses, whilst studying it. I don't know if I'd've understood it if I hadn't been studying it at the same time. But good luck if you decide to have a go!
(The thing is, of course it's readable, and at least for the first half of the book you'll probably technically know what's going on at least in a linear-events sense, but the page just drips references, most of which will probably be missed on the face of it. Which would seem a shame.
On the other hand what is the point of literature if it can't be enjoyed at face value?

I have always wanted to buy Finnegans Wake and just try it, though I think it would drive me crazy.
