::waves:: Hi! I've been watching this community for a while and finally decided to join. I am usually shy about posting my fics, but when it was announced that this week's theme was ocean, inspiration smacked me hard in the face so I decided to give this a try

Yeah, I think I ought to get a beta, too. -__- I am not very good with grammar and I always seem to second guess myself. (has/have/had/WHUT? O__o)

lol, thanks!!! Yeah, I've been checking out this comm for a while and I wanted to try some of the previous challenges but I ran out of inspiration and motivation after the first 3 sentences. Then I saw this ocean and the idea immediately came to me.

Welcome! I'm glad you decided to give this one a try, because you did an awesome job! The writing style is so gorgeous and description-dependant it's almost like poetry. And such a bittersweet theme, too. Thanks for posting!

Thank you!!! I usually don't like blatant suicide/self-mutilation fics either, so I really dunno what inspired me to write something like this. But then again, mentallyderanged!Sasuke is interesting to write. ^^

And the angst! OMG the angst! T_____T I could feel Sasuke's pain as he walked into the ocean but in the same time as it was entwined with hope, love, and relief!

Thank you!! Yeah, the Sasuke here is supposed to be a bit crazy. ^^ He killed Itachi but since Naruto died, there's nothing left for him. So he kills himself in the ocean to "be with Naruto" since there's so much of the ocean that reminds him of Naruto.
