I'd never heard of it, either! Apparently, "orgasmic headaches" can happen when cerebral arteries spasm during the big event. All right-y.

Interestingly, almost all of the case reports I've found so far are in men.

I am reluctant to tell you this because I want to see YOUR fic ... but there is a fic out there where Wilson gets this condition temporarily. It's not pretty (but it is funny).
