Master post guidelines/template
Artists and Writers, your posting date is drawing near! I know some of you have already finished and are anxious to post. Here's a handy guideline on how to post your Minibang fic/art.
You should post the actual fic and art in your own LJ or external sites such as DreamWidth or AO3 (please check out this post if you are interested in getting an AO3 account), then make a master post here at the Sassy Minibang comm that links back to the fic and art posts. The master post template can be found below. Generally the author is the one who make the master post. If the author is unavailable the artist can do so on their behalf. We ask that you keep to your assigned posting date.
You can post your work on your own journal prior to your posting day but it MUST be kept a private entry until your posting day. On the other hand, both the fic and art entries must be unlocked when you make the master post. We will not approve master posts with links to locked entries. To allow for better coordination artists may post/unlock their entries up to a day before their assigned posting date. Also, please make sure your post is set to "Public" instead of "Members".
We allow cross posting to other comms, in fact we encourage it. However, we do ask that you mention sassy_minibang when you cross post, and better yet, link to your masterpost at the sassy minibang comm. We want more people to be aware of Sassy Minibang. More traffic here means a better chance for a round two! ;)
We would also like to remind artists that if you are creating a banner, please keep the size within 400x400 px.
Master post template, please keep your A/N brief. Lengthy notes should be placed at the end of the fic.
