UGH. The weather sucks, and I feel wretched. I'm congested as all hell, my throat is sore, I can't hear out of my right ear, and I have that kind of all-over ache that means even my hair hurts. I'm torn between thinking this is the sore throat from two weeks ago rearing its ugly head again in the form of a sinus infection, having never gone away

This sounds like me. UGH. It hit me like a ton of bricks Friday night. The coughing is THE worst.
