I can tell that spring is near, because my arms are broken out in an intermittent itchy rash from the wrist to the elbow from actually coming into contact with things when I wear short sleeves.

I hate my skin so much.

Sunburn I can handle. It's the fact that my skin is so damn sensitive that half the damn world seems to cause some kind of rash or allergy that makes me crazy. I can't remember the last time some part of my skin didn't itch. It's like walking around with fleas* or something.

*I do not have fleas.

This is my sign for winter. I'm allergic to wool but have to wear a wool coat since it is so dreadfully cold in Paris. And I break out just at the wrists where the cuff touches my skin.

My skin is like a calendar.

Ooh, that's awful! I've replaced almost all my old winter clothes with super soft knits or I dress in layers so the scratchy bits don't actually touch my skin. But if a little bit of wool or tweed rubs on my skin for too long I get the same thing.
