I've baked banana bread in a bundt pan before, and it turns out fine.

don't have any of those, either. think it would be ok in a cake pan?

one day i'll have a well-stocked kitchen again.

I'm guessing you can make the banana bread in an 8 or 9 inch round or square cake pan. It would just bake a hell of alot quicker than if it was in a loaf pan.

that's what i figured. i'd definitely have to keep an eye on it.
