I've decided that I must be retarded. I read that like 5 times, and I STILL don't quite understand who exactly is eligible. THe way I read it, anyone who gets income, pretty much (with a few exceptions) is eligible. ?????????

That's the way I read it. But regardless, all you have to do is file normal 2007 taxes and do direct deposit and they'll give you money. :-p

Ok. I guess I was expecting a little more of an explanation of the whole thing, but all the article contained was a bunch of mumbo-jumbo about how almost everyone gets free money. LOL sheesh.
