I found out my friend Wayne died while I was looking something up online the other day. Some of you might remember me talking about him from time to time. He had a service dog named eubie. I'm sorry you lost your friend. It really hurts when you have not had a chance to patch up a misunderstanding. That has happened to me, too. I suppose it teaches us to live life each day at a time, as if it were our last.

Thanks Margaret. Yeah, it's hard to not be able to make things right with him. It's definitely a learning experience.

Thanks. Yeah, 44 is way too soon. I'm curious as to what happened. It's just really sad because I know he had so many things he still wanted to do.

I'm sorry. That's awful :( It's good that you were willing to patch things up though- don't feel too bad. This is one of those things that makes you realise that life is too short to fall out with friends. Gosh!! :(

Thanks Ruth. Yeah, this whole thing really makes me appreciate the friends I do have even more. I wish I would've tried to get in touch with him sooner but there was no way of knowing what was going to happen. So all I can really do is learn from it and move forward I guess.
