Yesterday was fun. My cousin Jesse came up from Minneapolis. We went out for an early dinner. It was good to see him. I guess we’re more like brothers than cousins. I wish our country had beat the shit out of some native people so that we could have Thanksgiving too D:
Damn Ireland.
I could do with some turkey. I am already fantisizing about how good Christmas dinner is going to be... which is very, very sad. :\
I'm glad you had a good time with your cousin & co. It's always good to have close family members that don't live so close by because then I think you appreciate them more. :]

I have a friend who's navajo. I was in Arizona and came home with a bucket full of native Arizona desert soil/sand to grow my cactus in. My navajo friend looked at it and said with a straight face, "There you go. Stealing our land again."
He cracks me up.

LOL. I think you should have Thanksgiving anyway. Start a new tradition. All the Native people here have Thanksgiving. The historical signifigance isn't really an issue anymore. It's a good excuse to eat lots of food and get drunk. That's something we can all enjoy :-).

Thanks! Yeah, I was glad to be outside on that particular day. It was almost 60. It almost felt like summer LOL. Yesterday was great as well. There's not much better than watching good movies and eating good food :-).

It is a pretty nasty virus. It just seems to hang on lol. I hope your husband is starting to feel better.

Unfortunately my husband is trying to be macho while sick. MWS. I baby him and he tries to act like he doesn't like it, but I know he loves it. Men.
