Today is my 30th birthday! It doesn’t feel that much different than 29 lol. I’m going out to dinner Saturday night to celebrate. I'm looking forward to that. It’ll be nice to get out of the house for something other than a doctor’s appointment. I’m just glad to be feeling better. That food poisoning or whatever it was, was really awful. I don't think I've ever been that sick before. I definitely won't be getting take out from that restaurant again lol.

Yeah, it's a terrible situation. She was in pretty bad shape when I saw her last. I felt so bad for her. I really hope she's able to get through this ok as well. This is the most difficult thing she's ever had to go through. I'm just going to be as supportive as I can. That's all I can do.

I know! This year just flew by. The older I get, the faster the time passes :-)

The big 3-0! Happy Birthday you old man! :D I hope you have an amazing dayyyy and that all is good on Saturday. I'm glad you're feeling better. Food poisoning is the worst thing. You just feel awful. That's terrible about that poor girl. D: I would be absolutely hysterical if that happened to me. Infact I'd probably go into depression for the rest of my life. That sounds dramatic but I think I'd just lose it. I hope she's able to come through it alright. It's sweet that you were so understanding. You talking about how this year hasn't been a good one has made me realise that I had a pretty crappy year too. I can't believe where it's gone. It's scary. Time goes so fast!

Happy 30th!! I turn 32 tomorrow. I keep trying to convince myself that these are the "prime years" LOL. Enjoy your celebratory dinner on Saturday!

I'm 50 and I can definitely say that my 30s were the best decade I've lived so far. Enjoy and happy birthday! (you young thing you)

Thanks! Happy 32nd!! LOL, yeah it's still kind of sinking in that i've hit the 30's. I'm happy about it though. I think that I've got a better handle now on what I want and need in life and I look forward to what the next 10 years have in store.

First...Happy Happpy Birthday and my 30s were my favorite decade so far.
I've had food poisoning and it's very painful. I'm glad you're getting over that.

Yeah, I was suprised at how painful it is. My stomach hurt for 4 days. I hope I never get that again!
