The hiring process is just about done. I already hired one really cool person. I’m not sure when she’ll be able to start but it should be soon. I’ve pretty much settled on the second person as well. I might do a couple more interviews depending on how many calls I get tomorrow. I didn’t get many good calls this time. Most of them were tossers

I thought of you while reading an ad placed by a local university student with CP. I should've copied it and sent it to you but forgot, sorry. It seemed thoughtful and well-written to me.

It doesn't take much to write a good ad. You can say a lot in 3 or 4 lines. However, omitting 3 or 4 words can make a huge difference. That's what happened with my ad. The agency I go through edited my ad to make it shorter because cost was their main concern. Next time I'll place my own ad and tell them afterwards :-).

Gosh, if I lived in your area I'd so apply for the jorb. We could go to doctors and get medicines and bitch about healthcare together!

That would be sweet! Fortunately, I hired my second person today. So hopefully everything will go well with them. I hope you're doing ok too :-).
