UTIs make me want to murder people.

The person who invented AZO deserves a medal.

Sure, if you are down with the 'agonizingly slow tortuous arduous' way of sorting it out. Azo is a much better solution.

Ah ha. I follow. Yeah, that might work if i could stand the stuff. I am, however, sort of ok with the mixed juices - ie grape and cranberry. But still. Bleh.

They have even more stuff out on the market now too. There are OTC remedies that also counteract the pain...I can't remember the names right off hand. There are also testing kits that can help you determine what kind of infection it is. Pretty neat stuff. :) Anyway, here's hoping you feel better soon.

Are there? Huh, i may look into it someday - but for now i tend to keep a stock of AZO on hand for when it hits me - and it works really well. I can actually behave normally about an hour after i take it.

I can empathize with you. Over the last couple of years, I've gone through this ordeal more than a few times. I often tend to get hit with a UTI and a kidney stone simultaneously, so its double the fun for the price of one.

Cranberry juice will help clear it up, it just takes a gods awful amount of time. Oddly enough, if you can stomach it, beer is also good for help clear it out. Otherwise, antibiotics, sulfur pills and other fun remedies await.
