Oh jesus fucking christ. The first one is idiotic and vaguely farcical (cheers for whoever put that website back up), but the second one - no words, no damn words. Personally waiting for the State to blame the parents for what happened. At least it's in a major newspaper, which raises the likelihood of whoever was supposed to be caring for him getting thrown in jail (and life would not be long enough), but that's never going to be even half enough.
