I love that they come with wigs so I might be buying them just to get the wigs. One thing, how does the wig work, is the original hair also a wig or are you just supposed to put the other one on top of the rooted hair?

Her hair is rooted, and you are supposed to put the wig on her head. There's an elastic to attach it to the doll's head.
