GREAT story, I absolutely LOVED it. A lot of stories seem to ignore the fact that just cos Jensen is a few inches shorter than Jared he's still over six feet tall and well built, so it's nice to read a story where he not only fights back, but WINS. And all that without you having to short-change us with the angst, whumpage and schmoop.

ABSOLUTELY F*CKING BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!!!! This story is up there with "Just One Breath" as my go to hurt Jensen fic.

Thank you, and yes some stories do ignore that Jensen is an impressive specimen in his own right. I have a soft spot for protective Jared, but I wanted to try my hand at a little BAMF Jensen, and I'm so glad you liked it.

This was awesome! Jensen being prey, two sleazy predatory men, Jared being overprotective, JENSEN BEING PREY, the crew being protective, JENSEN BEING PREY *coughs* So much Jensen whumpage, so much love for this. And I seriously loved all these little hints regarding Chris' protective streak for Jensen (so imagining right now how he beats the fucking crap out of those two men). So much HURT...

...and then so much cute COMFORT!! SPONGE BATH, is all I have to say!

Edit: And of course Jared will always be his knight in shining armour :)

*Smiles* Something tells me you kinda enjoyed this a little, especially the part about Jensen being prey.

As for a certain Mr Kane...well I have a confession, this story was supposed to be a hell of a lot longer, and in it there was a special appearance by a certain long haired maniac.

*Sigh* it was all there plotted in my tiny demented mind, Jensen depressed after the attack, needing help, refusing to get it. Much angst ensuing and then....then an escape! Cue Jared calling Jensen's personal hell hound. Jared not telling Jensen why Kane has suddenly appeared and started channeling Eliot....yeah I better stop now before I talk myself into the sequel.

And yes you can't go wrong with a sponge bath!

And I think Jared would look great in armour.
