What an excellent essay. I thought she knocked it out of the house by pointing out how we not only dismiss the women who are too "mean" but also the ones who were too "nice."

(occurs to me that "knocked it out of the house" is an incorrect sports metaphor :-P It should be "knocked it out of the park." God knows what you're doing knocking things out of the house…)
