Uh huh, the whole episode broke my heart for her and Rory.

I didn't understand why she thought that would be her last kiss from him, though. Did she?

She seemed to and I don't understand why, there seemed to be an implication that they were meeting from opposite directions, but that can't be the case because the first time River showed up the Doctor didn't know her either.
