Wait, what? That happened in canon? In the actual episode? WTF? I can't believe my flist didn't talk about this when the ep originally aired. Even if I was most definitely out of the fandom by then, I still had a bunch of friends who weren't.

Also, that's not a choice of fuckable celebrities I would have expected out of the SGA writers. They always seemed extremely Republican-oriented to me.

Keller and Carter were working on something and Keller started it, though being an American show she just said 'Who would you, Pitt or Clooney?' and Carter said 'Clooney' and Keller said 'Pitt all the way.'

and then Keller turned to Rodney and invited him to play and explained the game as 'Who would you fool around with?' and Rodney responded grumpily, 'who would I choose to have force themself on me?' and wandered off.

then there was some plot stuff and then Keller and Carter were choosing from physicists, and then moar plot stuff happened and then they did the Carell vs Colbert bit, and Rodney just chimed in!!!

Yay! Love that whole exchange. Of course Rodney would pick Carell! Although I also didn't get to the end of s4, I haven't stopped reading the fic - it still makes me happy :)

I've never watched a single episode of SGA, and I have an on-again-off-again thing with the fanfic. I got very very sick of the whole John/Rodney thing, and mostly gave up, but every now and then I find a rec that drags me back in.
