Maybe I can get back to "Stole Soul Picnic" after this one!

Warning for childbirth ick, though there's nothing graphic, and possible tooth-rotting levels of fluff.

So ADORABLE! I love how Cas suddenly turns up after the birth to help out and Dean's reaction to his appearance. Ben was adorable! Gah, this 'verse is so full of win!
