Since you're wondering, I'm in the yard stealing wifi from the fire station.

That doesn't happen here, never had a cable fall across the street. Though we do get the occasional lag/downtime/slowness

Yeah, I can't wait at this point. Gawd help us if a tree falls across the lines (unless they're underground?)
Its also the least the fire station can do for us considering how many times they've woke us up.

This last time the nice guys next door drove their old motor home down our street with the top vent up..hooked the cable and tore it down..great. Took Comcast 6 days to come out and fix it, this time I told them to PLEASE move it up higher so this did not happen again.

I can steal from the guys next door, but I have to sit in the back bedroom in the corner with my laptop on its side.

Flippin' IRRITATING. They said it would take 48 hours to get the order in. WTF?! Last time they were here on the same DAY. I shoulda told 'em I was a new customer.

Agreed

The first time they came out the same day, 2nd time was a day or two wait.. this last time was just terrible, I made a fuss and had them come out and move the cable line to the peak of my house so it is up NICE and high!

When I cancel my service at the end of the month, I will give them reasons other than "we're moving". MAN this pisses me off.
