Not connecting to the internet. Mike & I go reset the modem and router, twice. I notice the modem, instead of going through it's series, stops and blinks on 'Recieve'. I'm thinking Huh, the modem finally went T.U

Can't say I've had as many complaints with the dudes that actually come out here, the people on the other end of the phone drive me NUTS.

...There's an Idea..."I'm having trouble...Just send someone out here so I can talk to them." Heh.
