Well, a_phoenixdragon suggested that they just get eradicated, like the angels. I actually thought about that, depending on what a person believes in we either go to heaven or hell or just die or get reincarnated or bunch of other things. I just couldn't remember if it was ever said on the show what exactly happens to a demon when they actually die, but it makes sense.
