Paintings Writing Challenge Expression of Interest

After I wrote my drabble based on one of JMW Turner's paintings, there's been several people who have expressed an interest in a general AOS challenge to write fic based on paintings. So, here's a poll. If many people want to do it, I will run it from my LJ, here. The fic can be either general history, or related to any AOS fandom: Hornblower, M&C

I'll start off. I voted yes, ofcourse, and I will be interested in doing one for Hornblower, but maybe also historical, M&C or Temeraire

I can definitely drabble Sharpe/general Army stuff. General Navy stuff and Marines.

I will try my hand at Hornblower and/or Master and Commander, though I can't promise it'll be any good.
