I seem to have mysteriously come into the ownership of no less than three bottles of Château Pétrus '82, with instructions that I'm to share at least one of them. Granted, I'm not normally inclined to listen to messages when I have no idea who sent them, but I'm at least mostly certain that it's not poisoned.

All of the gifts were uniquely suited to the people here, and some of them literally should not exist (someone here got a pet she had in her home universe, believe it or not), but none of them are harmful in any way that I've noticed.
And I'd be a fool to turn down an offer to share wine of that quality. Especially when there's agreeable company thrown into the mix.

Of course, that tempts me to vanish for the sake of being contrary, but then I'll have psychics hunting me down, and while I don't think you'd mind April's company, I'm slightly afraid of an Unexpected Vesmier.
If nothing else, it would inconvenience him terribly.

Well, I wouldn't want to inconvenience him. I'm still in his debt for calling Bristow off of me. At the least, April intends to move into the apartment, so visiting the Kashtta gives me the opportunity to collect her myself.

I have a beautiful new datapad, and my journal seems to have migrated onto it and there are so many pictures, Julian, you have to see. You really do. It is... perfect.
