I wish I knew. I'm just as in the dark as you, but from what I gather, she's an operative of some agency run by my former employer.

That is, unfortunately, the only honest fact I know. Beyond that, I know she's uncomfortably too much like me for my liking, which leads me to assume that she's a liar and not to be trusted.
